This made me laugh, honestly. Subway shouldn’t even attempt to do this. They have absolutely no cooking equipment on the premises other than a microwave and a sandwich toaster. And they’re gonna actually try and convince people this is just like brisket from a BBQ place. They should stick to weird gimmicky sandwiches with various sauces to set themselves apart from the chains that actually make decent, normal sandwiches.

I was wondering the same, where are they slow cooking this for 13 hours? LOL, GTFOH with this nonsense and you up charge for this nonsense??? No thank you, I will stick to Arby’s or Firehouse or local BBQ places for brisket sandwiches. SMH!!!🤣

Just like Arby’s and Firehouse they would be smoking at a commissary kitchen. Neither of those places cook on premise either, duh.

Friend of mine who has never liked Subway, never liked fast food…just posted on facebook that this sandwich is amazing. He’s an old school guy from Tennessee who knows great barbecue. Now I’m intrigued.

There are some very good pre-cooked products from meat purveyors in the Foodservice industry, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were able to get a top quality brisket for this sandwich.
