Chick-fil-A Adds New Mac & Cheese and Frosted Caramel Coffee to the Menu

Chick-fil-A’s first permanent side item addition to the menu in 3 years is new Mac & Cheese and it’s now available nationwide.  The new side features a blend of cheeses including cheddar, parmesan and Romano. It is baked in restaurant each day.  My local Chick-fil-A sells a small Mac & Cheese for $2.49 and a large for $3.15.  The small portion will set you back 260 calories while the large is 440 calories.Chickfila Mac and CheeseAlso available starting today, but only around for a limited time is Frosted Caramel Coffee.  It’s a blend of cold-brewed coffee with vanilla Icedream and caramel syrup. Available until November 9 or while supplies last.Chickfila Frosted Caramel Coffee

I have a good feeling that both of these are going to be a hit.

They had been testing the Mac & Cheese here in Arizona for a while. It is not very good. Very dry if it has been sitting at the bottom of whatever heating bin. Flavor reminded me of most other fast Mac & Cheese like KFC/Popeyes and was not very good honestly. It’s food service prepared and heated up at the restaurant. Will NOT be buying again.

Small for $3.39 and a medium for $4.15 in NYC. Chick-fil-A markups in NYC are way too high for the lackluster quality and taste of the food.

Tried the Mac and cheese the other day. Not awful, but have had better at other fast food/ quick service restaurants.
