Might be the first time I’ve seen Havarti on a fast food selection. I would get rid of the American for another slice though.

The Havarti is a nice touch. Looks wonderful, but Culvers is somehow always a letdown for me, despite the fact their entire menu is stuff I really SHOULD love. It’s tough to put my finger on the problem but it’s like the meat is very dull, bland, no flavor, needs……”something” ??

UPDATE — Had one for lunch yesterday, with a side of potato au gratin soup. Very good! Personally I think 3 slices of cheese is the absolute bare minimum amount for any 2 patty burger 🙂
