New Traditional Greek Gyro from Arby’s

A gyro made with Arby’s roast beef was never much of a gyro was it?  For a limited time only, Arby’s is now offering the new Traditional Greek Gyro which features an actual seasoned beef/lamb-blend gyro meat.

My local Arby’s is selling the new gyro for $4.29.  The new gyro is described like this:
You don’t need to be Greek to enjoy Arby’s Greek gyro. You just need to like flame-seared, knife carved gyro meat, with crispy vegetables, creamy tzatziki sauce, and warm pita bread. You also need to be able to get to Arby’s. Apparently you can order a cab on your smartphone now, so that’s a solid option.

Brought back? I don’t think they ever had it. That’s why I said it’s about damn time. Because it’s about damn time.

In the Chicago area they are selling any of their gyro sandwiches at 2 for $6.

    • Dan says:

They’ve got a commercial out for the 2 for $6 deal with Holding Out For A Hero with Ving Rhames substituting gyro for hero in the song.

You should type so that people can read and understand what you write. Otherwise, why bother.

What Sandy wrote is simple & coherent. Clearly a welcome contribution. You, on the other hand, clearly don’t even have a basic grasp of punctuation. Crawl back into your hole now.

They are 2 for $6 in Beltsville, MD location. My wife thinks gyros are nasty and taste funny, so I didn’t get to try it. I love gyros, funny because I always thought lamb tasted funny too. Now I love it and I hate yogurt, but love the tzatziki sauce! We went with the 2 for $5 fish sandwiches which are pretty big but needed some more tartar sauce and some more pickles…

Time to man up and get your own gyro! 😉

That means I would eat have to eat (2) of them…cause my kids won’t even know how to hold them. LOL! and my kids only eat McDonald’s, sometimes I trick them by going to Whoppers….but they know…about the dry burgers and fake nuggets from BK.

I got 2 for $6 this weekend and they were pretty tasty. I have had better gyros but for this price you can’t beat it. Get yours while they still have them.
