All odds it’s the new Big Mac line. But it could be national roll out of fresh cooked beef. But I’m sure we would have heard more about that. But I can say the QP’s I have had with it are awesome!! (Tulsa)

  2. Greg B. says:

Went in today and they have the different Mac’s already.

  3. Chuy Vigas says:

We’ve had the new mac line up since the first week of JAN in SE MI. Hope it’s the Arch Deluxe!

    • Johnnyboy says:

Oh man! I wish that would come back. My favorite sandwich of all time besides the Big Mac. I worked at McDonald’s in the Summers’s the years when the Arch Deluxe was available. I always added a few slices of bacon to my own sandwich. The circular crispy bacon.

      • Shaun says:

Yay! I worked there in the 90’s as well when the Arch Deluxe was there! I loved the pepperd bacon rounds/circles, I put extra on as well because they were so thin. And pizza was there too!

        • Johnnyboy says:

I never tried the Pizza, it is still available in two locations (located on the Ohio-West Virginia border in the towns of Pomeroy, OH and Spencer, WV) still have access to the McPizza; an employee at the West Virginia location has said that “it’s the same pizza as they sold when [she] started there 11 years ago and it’s presumably the same that children everywhere enjoyed throughout the 1990s.

I actually liked their Philly Cheesesteak when they had it. I miss that too!

      • RedGreen says:

I worked there too when the Arch Deluxe and McPizza was around! I did the same and always added extra peppered bacon rounds/circles! I wish they would bring back the Arch, it was one of my favorites. Do you guys not have the Double Big Mac in the States?

        • Johnnyboy says:

Well you can buy a Big Mac with extra sauce and buy a plain Mcdouble without cheese and assemble your own Double Big Mac. Never tried it though. What they need to bring back and keep is their circular bacon. I could have sworn I ate it on a trip through NJ somewhere the circular bacon was in a breakfast sandwich.

  4. Craig says:

My local (Fairfield, OH) McDonalds already has the 3 sizes of Macs. Are they not national yet?

  5. Caitlin J says:

They have a cinnamon coffee cake on their website under Desserts, maybe that? I’ll be disappointed if it’s the new sandwiches because four days ago the McDonald’s near my house in Maryland already started selling them! Kind of funny how it happens to be the same day Taco Bell releases their fried chicken shell taco :’) Love these food wars haha

  6. Pedro says:

All my local McDonalds have had them for a while. No surprise here.

  7. Phooey says:

My guess is the BOGO for Big Macs on the McDonald’s app is going to change to Quarter Pounders with cheese.

  8. JF says:

    Unlimited fries.

  9. John says:

Bacon Big Mac. I work at Mcdonalds

  10. Jonathan Wayne says:

The new Big Macs have been in my local stores for weeks now so guessing that isn’t it. There are some new sandwiches I had on the road recently so those might be what’s coming.

  11. M86 says:

I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in a while, everything just has that McDonald’s taste. I might swing through to grab a McChicken, but that’s about it. I have to say though, the Mac Jr is way overdue. The Big Mac has always been overpriced for what you get.

McDonald’s needs to focus on what they do best, quick and cheap. And do an “x” for “$x” type of deal that every other fast food place is doing.

  12. Sheila says:

I’m thinking it is the Mac line, with the addition of the Mac Jr. and the Grand Mac. CNN even has a story about it, lol!

  13. Cress says:

No guessing. It’s the new Big Macs. They’ve been rolled out here this week.

  14. richard ginn says:

    BigMac Bacon like in Canada???

  15. M-Logan says:

St. Louis recently got all 3 Mac sizes, and I gotta say the Grand Mac is real darn good. Good enough I went and had another the next day 🙂

    • Johnnyboy says:

Me too. Lol. I even got the meal in a Large size too the first time in a long time. I got upset after they cancelled the Super Size option because of a dumb movie, but all other restaurants kept theirs. I stopped getting Upsize after that movie because only Super Size was a value because you can share that with someone when she oh are strapped for cash. But anyways, loved the sandwich….I guess I will try the Baby Mac later this weekend, or what they call the Mac Junior.

  16. Clay says:

I hope it’s the new Macs. The last couple of Big Macs I’ve had seemed like they were all bread and lettuce. If the Grand Mac increases the ratio of beef to other ingredients, it might be a hit with me. But if it’s just more of everything, count me out.

  17. serpico009 says:

    already available in southwest PA

  18. Cress says:

Just ate it, and can’t tell the difference in size of the patty. They’re not thicker patties, just wider than the regular Big Mac. It’s not worth the money.

    • Robert says:

It’s well over double the beef. From 2.2 ounces to over 5 ounces.

    • M-Logan says:

I found the Grand Mac a lot more filling, and better tasting. Not sure how you could not see the difference, or maybe I’m just really in tune with my fast food LOL.

But if you had a Grand Mac side by side with a regular Big Mac the difference would be obvious. I hope they keep them around.

    • Thom says:

Had one today, probably wouldn’t order it again. The bread was dry and crumbly and due to the large diameter of the sandwich, it essentially disintegrated when I tried to eat it. It might be OK with fresh bread, but I wouldn’t know.

    • Shane Walters says:

Can’t tell if you are joking or just have it out for Mcdonalds. The Grand Mac is huge literally double the beef size. I enjoyed it but don’t usually put something like that into my body!

  19. Joe Kirkpatrick says:

    Let’s see… Are they:
Getting rid of all the warming cabinets?…
Bringing back the original French fries?…
Bringing back the original (cod) filet-o-fish?…
Bringing back all of the fried pies?…
Bringing back the McPizza? or are they
Making English the standard language spoken?

It will be nothing that exciting I’m sure.

  20. Bubbsy says:

Mac fries (cheese and mac sauce) would please me greatly.

  21. Jay Melo says:

Total snooze. Can’t they come up with something more interesting!

  22. JJJ says:

Don’t get why these are “limited time” since they could pretty much always make them.

  23. EP says:

The font of the date kind of looks like corrugated cardboard that they use for the boxed sandwiches. I wonder if that’s a clue?

    • Mike R says:

Interesting. Didn’t really notice it at first, but kinda looks like french fries next to each other to me.

Either way, the price point for the Mac Jr. seems high to me.

    • Johnnyboy says:

Lol, I knew that when I saw it. I still can’t wait to try the Le Grand Mac. Lol

  24. Lochlain says:

Local Mcdonald’s is advertising these. They want $2.50 for a Jr Mac. A triple is that cost out here!

    • M-Logan says:

2.39 for Mac Jr here, single tiny patty and single cheese slice – vs. 1.59 for a Double Cheeseburger with double the meat and double the cheese. You gotta REALLY like sesame seeds and lettuce, cripes!

    • serpico009 says:

I paid $2 a Jr. Mac here in PA this week. I dug it, it had all the flavor from the Mac toppings but was a more reasonable size and price.

Not sure if it was mentioned anywhere, but where I am in PA they’re also offering a triple cheeseburger for $2, along with a double for $1.50 and a single for $1.

  25. Kevin says:

Looks like nuggets. I read somewhere they are doing a Super Bowl special of like 50 nuggets,4large fries and 4 sodas for like $20

  26. Ryan D says:

I had the Grand Mac the other night. I don’t know if the person who made my burger just dumped all the Mac sauce on it, or that’s how it is suppose to be. But my first bite my mouth was flooded with Mac sauce, and so was my shirt. The burger didn’t hold up after that bite and proceeded to fall apart in my hands.
    Pros: None
Cons: Having to google how to wash oil based food from clothing.

    • M-Logan says:

I’d be annoyed if it was a shirt I really cared about, of which I have maybe 5 (and then 100 others), but speaking in general terms, I can’t imagine there ever being “too much” Mac sauce 🙂

  27. Doug says:

Why can’t we have the ‘Royale with Cheese’? You know because the metric system.

  28. Johnnyboy says:

I just had this masterpiece in a large sized meal. Man oh man was it tasty, it was like a double Whopper in size but tasted better than that, it was all the Big Mac glory and taste in a larger size. It was only $8.08 for the meal that was upgraded to a Large Size. I shared the drink with my wife and the fries. It was one of the greatest meals I have ever had at McDonald’s. I hope they keep this here for the long term.

  29. ROBERT says:

MCD WILL GIVE AWAY FOR FREE 10.000 BOTTLES OF SOUSE FOR BIG MACS. GRAB IT WHEN YOU CAN.

  30. M-Logan says:

The Big Mac sauce was a total bust – the nearest McD that was giving them away is about 20 minutes away, so I made the trip and arrived at 10:58 AM (they said they would begin the giveaway at 11:00)….got in line, placed my order, and asked about the bottle of sauce. Her reply was “Oh those are all gone”. I said “I thought it started at 11:00”, to which she seriously replied, sternly, “Sir it is 11:02!”, like they were all gone within 2 minutes – shyahh. I might have believed it if I had seen ANYONE with a bottle, but there was not one single bottle seen. That told me they gave them away much earlier.
