Where did you get only 410 calories? Subway website says 540 calories for a 6 inch.

I removed the default cucumbers and green peppers and that’s what the calculator showed. The promo pic doesn’t have cucumbers or green peppers so i wonder why they’re included in the default ingredients of the calculator.

So I am definitely weary of their nutrition calculator now, as 130 calories seems awfully high for the amount of cukes and green peppers that would go on a 6″. Seems like Jared isn’t the only one who should be in some trouble with this company…

      • Bubbsy says:

        130 calories = 4 whole green peppers + 3 whole cucumbers, incidentally 🙂

      • EVan says:

How can cucumbers and green peppers end up as 130 calories? Hah

      • ahecht says:

Something’s wrong with the calculator. If you change any option (such as adding the salad lettuce) it jumps from 540 to 420. It looks like it’s caused by the Caesar dressing not being in the calculator.

In any case, there’s no way that the cucumbers or green peppers add 130 calories.

Caesar sauce,? so creamy Caesar then, something tells me they’re gonna try a gyro soon. Why let Arbys have all the fun, right?

  3. Johnnyboy says:

But removing cucumbers and green peppers wont save you 130 calories if they are fresh. Those contain so much water, that it has less than 20 calories for a few slices. Even if you ate a whole bell pepper and cucumber, it less than 60.

Ex: There are 31 calories in 1 medium Bell Pepper.
Ex: There are 34 calories in 1 large Cucumber (Peeled)

Anyways, who wants any garbage from Subway, fresh my a**. LOL! I thought it was FETA Cheese, so that’s why I came to comment.

By the way, I hate cucumbers and green peppers in my sandwich too. YUCK! It’s like adding water and extra crap onto your sandwich. I wouldn’t mind green peppers sometimes in a good Philly cheese steak.

  5. Marcy says:

It has 24 grams of fat. When you change the ingredients on the site, I think it shows the nutrition without the sauce because it’s not on the list. Caesar dressing is high in fat and calories, adding 130 calories and 14 grams of fat to the sandwich

  6. Thistle says:

How much is it going for? (The video doesn’t load, if it’s in there.) This sandwich actually looks good, but knowing Subway I bet it’s $5 for the six inch, which is too much.

Sorry if this comment shows up multiple times, I’m getting a timeout error.

I work at a Subway in a nice neighborhood and ours is priced at $5.00 for the 6 inch and $8.00 for the footlong. Most places will be a little lower, you can expect $4.50/$7.25 probably. I won’t get into the value argument but I will say that I personally really like the new Caesar dressing and it makes the rotisserie chicken sandwich into a much more complete package taste-wise.

The rotissirie chicken is the only good chicken subway has had in years, so anyone who likes Caesar should find this at least mostly enjoyable. I liked it, but still found myself wondering why I bothered. It was decent, but it’s still Subway. There’s usually a better option not too far off.

I haven’t been to a Subway in years but this sammie looks good. I might have to check it out.

  10. Jonathan Wayne says:

I attempted to get this today with the text message footlong for $6 coupon. The “sandwich artist”, not genius had me start up the timer on the message only to tell me a few seconds later, oops, we are out of rotisserie chicken. So I had no choice but to choose something else or have the coupon wasted. Goddamn idiots.

  11. Rick Felt says:

Hands down the best creation Subway has come up with. It’s a great value when you’re able to get the Sammie at $6 for a foot long and doesn’t taste like every other sandwich. I keep it simple, non toasted a little bit of lettce, onions and the ceaser dressing and provolone
