New Bourbon Bacon Sandwiches from Arby’s
Arby’s released Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwiches early last summer and the one I reviewed was great. The latest trio of new sandwiches from Arby’s are called Bourbon Bacon Sandwiches. These new sandwiches features the same Brown Sugar Bacon, but this time around the star ingredient is a creamy bourbon dijon sauce:
- Bourbon Bacon & Steak: Our Angus Steak gets topped by sauce with barrel-aged Kentucky bourbon, Brown Sugar Bacon, smoked cheddar and crispy onions on a toasted specialty roll. Sure, you can eat it for the bourbon, but it’s mostly cooked out at this point.
- Bourbon Bacon & Brisket: Lots of time and thought and Kentucky bourbon sauce went into this one. Not to mention 13-hour Smoked Brisket topped with Brown Sugar Bacon, smoked cheddar and crispy onions, sandwiched between a toasty specialty roll.
- Bourbon Bacon & Turkey: We took a sauce made with barrel-aged Kentucky bourbon and put it on top of Roasted Turkey, Brown Sugar Bacon, smoked cheddar and crispy onions. Just remember to eat responsibly. Please.
