New Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich from Wendy’s

As of posting this, I don’t see it on the Wendy’s website, but it’s been spotted in the St. Louis market.  Thanks to Jeeg from The Nerd Lunch podcast for sending over the drive-thru menu board pic of the new Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich.  We’ll keep you posted if this is a soon-to-be-released national item and when more details become available.  Priced at $5.39.Bacon Maple Chicken Sandwich Wendys

    “The maple kind…yeah?”

Any info on the new menu items from Chick-fil-a I’ve been hearing about?

They’re testing a “Harvest Kale & Grain Bowl” and an “Egg White Grill Grain Bowl” here, but I won’t be trying them LOL

    That’s expensive.

There’s a youtube review noting this comes on a croissant bun with sweet maple glaze and maple butter.

Finally had one – pretty awesome! The flaky soft croissant bun was excellent, decently “light”, and the chicken was of wonderful quality. Not sure what the cheese is, but did not offer much flavor. The “sauce” is good, buttery and maple-y, but very thin/runny/drippy. Will order again.

Looks and sounds gross and it’s expensive. Wendy’s is like BK now and you can smell their desperation. Just stick with the real good single, double and triple burger that made you a notch above most other FF restaurants.
