These prices are ridiculous! I’d rather go to any other place and get a better sandwich for the same or much less. SUBWAY needs to go back before year 2000 and do things the way it used to be. Who cares about fresh made bread. Just have better prices if you are going to sell us subpar quality sandwiches.

    • Jay Melo says:

The fresh made bread is not for the benefit of the customer. They use frozen bread dough and then cook as needed throughout the day to keep from having a lot of left-over stale rolls to throw out.

Cool man, I’m gonna have lunch at that other place up the road. See you later

Well, I just went back to Firehouse a week ago. Yeah, I definitely got a much better sandwich, but far from the same price or much less. Combo cost me a beyond ridiculous $13.

Ahh I was wondering why my Subway had sliced cheddar cheese the other day. I just assumed it was a local franchise decision to start offering it. I love the carved turkey, it’s my new go-to, but it’s been inconsistent on the portion from visit to visit.

Woah, good theme and good descriptions. I’m almost fooled into going to Subway.

  4. David Gonzales says:

    People still go to Subway?

  5. MP says:

People dog on Subway a lot, but I think the little stack of Italian meats on the BMT is better than I get at pretty much any “authentic” Italian sandwich shop…. how does salami taste any different anywhere, it’s just meat, fat, and salt —

Actually got a really nice cut of turkey on this one and the cheddar cheese is a nice change. Unfortunately, the cranberry mustard just didn’t work. Too bad they didn’t just offer regular cranberry sauce. I think that would’ve really popped.
