Not sure why it took this long for Del Taco (OR TACO BELL HELLO) to use chorizo as a breakfast meat…i mean it’s a complete no brainer.

    • Robert says:

My thoughts exactly. Especially with how awful Taco Bell’s regular sausage tastes. A chorizo breakfast quesalupa would be heaven.

  2. Al says:

    • Chuy Vega says:

Chorizo literally means “Sausage” in Spanish. Mexican chorizo is a non-cured, raw, bulk sausage most commonly cooked with eggs.

There can be many kinds of many things. Don’t be that guy, internet guy.

    • Stephen M. says:

Al, actually “Chorizo” is Spanish (carried over into Mexico) and “chouri├žo” is Portuguese. Both countries can claim it as their own.
