I never knew this was gone. It never left my local BK’s menu.

I may have to try this just out of nostalgia.

The picture looks tasty but I remember the stackers were greasy as hell. Let’s hope these taste like the picture.

Good stuff. Any word on how much they cost? I was just at my local BK this morning getting a Croissanwich and I didn’t notice this. I’ll have to pay attention next time I go there.

  5. M-Logan says:

They were great – until the cheap bastages removed one slice of cheese from the double and triple, thereby violating the cardinal rule of cheeseburgers: minimum of 1 cheese per patty!

Could Absolutely not agree more….which is why the mcdouble is a travesty.

  7. Patrick Jackson says:

About time! this was the best burger on the menu.

It’s been on the menu here in Ohio, and it’s delicious!!

  9. bobo says:

I can’t remember, is this any different than the double cheeseburger? Aside from the bacon and sauce?

  10. M-Logan says:

I believe the formula is, take a double CB, remove ketchup, mustard & pickle; add bacon and special sauce.

I never noticed any other differences.

I don’t mind these, but to me, it seems like that Stacker sauce has a weird aftertaste. It’s not creamy sauce but has an abrupt end to it. Almost chemical-y.
These should be on the $2 for 5 menu, even tho that is still a bit overpriced.
