    It’s Shake ‘n Bake! And, I helped!

    Sounds amazingly dry and bland.

Really, a seasoned shake & bake breast sounds “amazingly” dry & bland? How so…. or are you just one of those people who is always volunteering completely uninformed opinions peppered with dramatic adjectives for attention? It’s seasoned & coated, what sounded so amazingly bland? I’m sure you could request that they pour melted fat, sugar, and ranch dressing all over it for you if you ask nicely…

I tried this a few weeks ago, absolutely loved it. A little dry, but nice crispy coating and good flavor. I’m not big on rotisserie chicken and this felt much lighter than their greasy meat loaf. Saves calories for their incredibly rich sides, like the creamed spinach. Droooool.

Its actually seasoned well and totally worth a repeat. Slightly peppery but not spicy. The wrap is better than the sandwich because it comes with more things: onions, tomatoes, cheese. The portion is enough to share or have some for later. I was a little hesitant…but..bang on Boston Market. Yay

I really liked it. The the seasoning of the breading, and it had a nice crunch. I’ll be back for more.

I just saw the commercial for it, the meal costs $7.99??? It showed a plate with broccoli and mash potatoes and 1 dry crunchy looking piece of chicken (breast). For this price, I would go get Popeyes 2 piece special of KFC grilled or regular chicken.

KFC doesn’t have mashed potatoes, they only have reconstituted potato-flavored slime. While there are some very decent powder potatoes out there, KFC apparently isn’t aware. I do suppose KFC throws a wing in with the breast of your 2-pc special, maybe like you say – for some people having a dried out fried chicken breast and fake potatoes is preferable to what Boston Market offers… because you get a wing too.
