So did Sonic get new ice cream ? Has there soft serve ice cream always been slow churned

  2. Jon says:

Hey guys, do you think these slow churned creamery shakes feature slow-churned, hand-mixed real ice cream?

  3. Mike says:

Of course the ice cream really is slow-churned. That’s why it took so long for Sonic to make these flavors available.

had the bourbon brown sugar. At first sip cringed at how extremely salty it was! I guess whoever made the shake rushed and didn’t mix it well. After the initial shock of salt wore off, it was absolutely delicious. That is, until I hit another swirl of salty liquid. To sum it up, it’s ms great shake but it needs to be mixed thoroughly.

    Vanilla Bean Creamery Shake
I had such high hopes… but this shake was absolutely no different than the regular vanilla shake dispensed from their milkshake machine and there was not a vanilla bean fleck in sight. I tried to drink it. It was like trying to suck soft serve ice cream through a straw. I left it on the counter and an hour later it was still just as thick and artificial even at room temp. What a colossal disappointment
