New GranDDe Burrito and Strawberry Shortcake Croissant Donut from Dunkin’ Donuts

Beginning Monday, February 29th, Dunkin’ Donuts will be offering the new GranDDe Burrito.  The GranDDe Burrito is a 10-ounce breakfast burrito filled with a rice and bean blend which includes corn, fire-roasted pepper and onions, and a spicy omelet with jalapeños, red bell pepper and pepper jack cheese with habanero.  Served in both sausage and veggie versions, the GranDDe Burrito will be available any time of day at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide for a limited time only.GranDDe BurritoAlso new to the menu is the Strawberry Shortcake Croissant Donut which features Dunkin’ Donuts classic glazed Croissant Donut with a strawberry buttercreme filling and finished with a white and strawberry icing drizzle.  Returning to the DD menu are OREO and Raspberry Cheesecake Squares.  The OREO and Raspberry Cheesecake Squares are filled with cheesecake filling, frosted with white icing and finished with raspberry flavored candy or crumbled OREO cookies.Strawberry Shortcake Croissant Donut & OREO and raspberry cheesecake squareCoffee flavors inspired by Baskin-Robbins ice cream have returned which include flavors such as Butter Pecan and Cookie Dough.  New this year is a Pistachio flavor and all flavors are available in hot or iced coffee, lattes and macchiatos at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants through spring.Baskin-Robbins Iced Coffee

    I’d like to try this, but every time I’ve stopped in to Dunkin Donuts, they don’t have any donuts… the clerks always say something like “yeah the truck didn’t bring us any donuts today” or “there’s another truck coming at 2 but it may just be sandwiches”. I’m not kidding, last 3 times I’ve been there they’ve had at best some donut holes and a few crullers, or no donuts at all. The clerks tell people they generally don’t carry donuts anymore, just coffee and muffins and sandwiches.
