Pizza Hut Introduces New Twisted Crust Pizza

Pizza Hut has introduced another creation to satisfy our need to dip pizza crust into sauce with the new Twisted Crust Pizza.

twisted crust pizza hutThe Twisted Crust Pizza comes equipped with a breadstick crust made for tearing and dipping and there are a couple of new dipping sauces to enhance the experience: Buffalo Ranch and Cheddar Cheese.  A large, hand-tossed Twisted Crust Pizza with one-topping is promo priced at $11.99 and comes with your choice of two dipping sauces.

    1st! Yay! Another boring offering from Pizza Hut. Bring back the Triple Decker Pizza!

      The heck with that, bring back the PRIAZZO.

      Then again, they were from the 80s when Pizza Hut was on top of it’s game and the dough was made in the store (worked there back then). Yum brands would probably screw it up and ruin the memories. I guess some things are best left in the past. It was a hassle to make anyway.

        I wouldn’t mind the PRIAZZO too, I never had the chance to try it! I think Pizza Hut is becoming lazy like Burger King. I wish they switch back to in store made dought, it will drastically reduce the sodium amount in the bread part of the pizza too. My greatest memories of yummy pizza was from the 1980’s and 1990’s.

    Another lazy idea by Pizza Hut. If so many people hate eating / wasting the crust, why not just make a pizza with no edge crust & roll it out flat?

    Looks like a great crust variation.
    I often warm up a cup of cheese sauce or queso to go with my pizza for crust-dipping. I think chewy pizza crust dipped in cheese sauce does wonders for something I would otherwise begrudgingly choke down.

    Pro-tip: eat all your slices of pizza down to the crust, setting crusts aside…. then wrap them in a moist paper towel and rewarm them on Low power in the microwave until they freshen up from the steam (30 secs). Now you have fresh breadsticks w/ cheese sauce. Improves the value of the pizza greatly.
