New Turkey Sliders from White Castle

The Thanksgiving holiday is pretty much overlooked for the most part when it comes to fast food promos.  White Castle has taken a step towards a change with new Turkey Sliders.  This trio of Turkey Sliders are made with Butterball turkey and are available for a limited time only at participating locations.  Sweet Potato Waffle Fries are also being featured along with the new sliders.

IF they’re still available in January when I’m in Detroit, I’d nosh the bistro one.

Man when j saw the title I was hoping cranberry would be a topping. Loved such sandwiches ever since I had one at Earl of Sandwich back in the day. The turkey patty seems weird though instead of sliced; wonder how that will jive

I don’t know, isn’t there a reason that most of these companies overlook the holiday? Every year you just hear about people being sick of turkey, can’t see this selling super well for them.

This kind of promo might work better in April/May if they ran a campaign on the idea of ‘Thanksgiving is still six months away, get a little taste.’

One day I will go to a physical White Castle and order a case of the burgers. Their frozen burgers from the grocery store are good, but it doesn’t cut it.

I find dabbing the sides of the frozen buns with water then wrapping them with wax paper & nuked helps recreate that steamed bun.
I also freeze fresh leftover ones & they come out just fine, too.
