That’s the thinnest pork chop I’ve ever seen.

Are you telling me that Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr. holds the trademark for the phrase “Made from scratch”?

I had this sandwich this morning and it was good. The pork chop was tender, and thicker than in the picture. I am pretty sure they are roasting whole pork loins and slicing them. The chop was salty and it counter acted the rich egg and cheese. The biscuit was delicious as usual.

I had my doubts about the pork chop, mainly that it would be tough and chewy. Much to my surprise, it was delicious.

I was a bit miffed that mine was priced at $3.49, considering the MSRP.

    Great offering from Hardee’s.

This was very good and something different. It was a nice cut of pork chop, not too thin. Had right amount of flavor. Would definitely get again. A nice alternative to bacon, ham and sausage.
