This is one that your local Wendy’s could screw up terribly. My Wendy’s is awful, so there’s no way I’d risk buying one of these there.

  8. Karl says:

The quality of the pulled pork is horrible at Wendy’s. It was practically inedible the last time they offered it. In this case, it was just fine that there wasn’t much meat on the sandwich or on the BBQ Pulled Pork Cheese Fries I ordered.

I tried this out of morbid curiosity. It was edible. The pork was over salted and took on a slightly ham-like texture, I didn’t notice any smokiness from it. The meat was a bit skimpy and I didn’t find it very filling.

It wasn’t awful, but I didn’t think it was a good value & I won’t get it again.

The pulled-pork french fries are heaven. Wendy’s should keep these on the menu year round. I would eat there more often if they did. I almost ate them every other day and now I don’t really want anything they have to offer. Why is it they tease you will something good, you love it and it leaves. When they do, I leave when the good stuff goes. Duh, Wendy, you should just give us what we want!!! Miss the chicken nuggets with different sauces too.
