Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s good. I have no clue how BK is still able to make profit. Currently 3 local BKs have closed down due to quality issues and a massive drop in sales.

Like BK’s beef, the nuggets are pretty good when they’ve been made recently. The problem is, that’s hard to come by at a BK. Even my McDonalds sometimes give me lukewarm McNuggets, which really ticks me off, but that’s far less common.

BTW for those that have White Castles, today I learned that a 20 piece chicken ring has 1760 calories without any sauce. That’s almost twice what 20 McNuggets has. Yikes!

Those White Castle chicken rings are delicious! But I wouldn’t eat 20 of them. Maybe 2 or 3 along with a few sliders. These Burger King nuggets are mediocre. Just cheap crummy crud. Small & full of filler. They’re half the girth & length as the promo pic.

I tried these, and they were like 1/4 of a regular nugget’s worth of chicken. it was literally a strip inside that was about 20-30 sheets of paper thick, and then the rest of it was just air/breading.

  4. Scrape says:

Not worth the $1.39, because you will spend $10 on drinks for the rest of the night. The breading is sooooo dry and so salty, your mouth will be parched for hours after consumption.

I had some of their nuggets within the last 12 months and they were similar to McDonald’s. I just tried their nuggets a few days ago and they were more like the tenders they used to have but they tasted very bland. Whatever I had was the worst nuggets I have had in a while. I’ll stick with McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

Please don’t Crucify me, but I love them and their dipping sauces.

How can you trust chicken nuggets that cost $1.49 for 10?

  8. Snackeroo says:

I wish McDonald’s would price their nuggets like this.

  9. Jonathan Wayne says:

These nuggets are only good if you have them fresh. Usually they are bone dry, but I got lucky last night and got them hot and fresh and it made a world of difference.

These nuggets when fresh are really good and even better with the zinger sauce or whatever it is that comes with the onion rings.

There are several Raising Caine’s in Columbus, Ohio. They are a very good chain with only about 6 different items on their entire menu. Each one is delicious and that’s their specialty. I love me some Popeye’s though.

I had these today. They were hot and were not bad. They were very similar to Wendy nuggests, but just not quite as good.
I haven’t ate much fast food recently. But I can see why I used to be overweight and why so many people blame fast food. For the price and quality it beats a lot of other places out, even if not the best or perfect.

Of course that may just be my nostalgia.
