Insane asking price. The picture shows the sandwich with at least 3x the pork.

If you don’t have a pit master and a indirect smoker fired with hickory wood out back, you have no business selling pulled pork sandwiches.

Yes, yes, yes! BBQ Pulled pork is an under-appreciated item in fast food land. You have DQ and…*crickets*.

*OK there’s the McRib…and Burger King has attempted a few things the past summer but still…

I sure hope it’s better than that wet ball of cat hair BK tried to pass off as pulled pork.

Good: You can get slaw on the sandwich
Bad: I imagine the pork is delivered cooked and frozen, because does Wendy’s have the capability to make BBQ pork?

  8. Richard says:

So Wendy’s is going after both Burger King which did a pulled pork sandwich item and McDonald’s who fully blew it last year by not making the BBQ pork sandwich a nationwide item.

    That does look good though.

If I’m going to pay that much for a pulled pork sandwich, I’ll go to one of the local barbecue places that smoke their pork on site.

When I’m out and about and want to just stop not get out of the car it’s nice to get a fast sanwich. I hate sloppy sandwich so the pulled pork ha just enough sauce. I only want a lunch so the plain sandwich is just right and I loved the slaw with it. I got the sweet sandwich and the slaw was a great combination.. If I wanted to sit down and have a meal I would probably look for a different type of Resturant
