    Those are good burgers, Walter. Also the only reason I get a burger at Culver’s instead of Steak n’ Shake.

    I never tried this one, but my favorite from Culver’s is the Colby-Jack Pub Burger! I wish they would keep that one on year-round.

    Are “cheese curds” actual cheese or are they a byproduct of cheese-making?

    “Curds” “Turds” they are so close together. I don’t think I have ever eaten a “curd.”

    eating her curds and whey…. sound familiar? add a acid to milk, and you’ll get curds (solid) and whey (liquid)

    It’s a good tasty, greasy burger but the cheeses are too wax-like. To me, the cheese curds taste like mozzarella.

    I live in Wisconsin and true Wisconsin cheese curds are not breaded and fried. They are just plain cheese, usually referred to as “squeaky” because of their texture. Fried curds are OK but plain ones are so much better.
