New Rolled Chicken Tacos from Taco Bell
Rolled Chicken Tacos are described as “crispy tacos rolled up with marinated all-white-meat shredded chicken.” They are available in a 2-pack for, 4-pack or 12-pack. My local Taco Bell has the price listing at about a dollar per Rolled Chicken Taco with the 2-pack going for $1.99 and the 4-pack being $3.99. For every pair of Rolled Chicken Tacos you get your choice of 5 dipping sauces… New Spicy Ranch, Nacho Cheese, Premium Guacamole, Salsa, Reduced-Fat Sour Cream. Nutrition-wise you’re looking at 260 calories, 11 grams of fat, 470 milligrams of sodium, 29 grams of carbs, 2 grams of dietary fiber and 10 grams of protein for 2 Rolled Chicken Tacos without the dip.
Had some earlier . Not bad . Love the guac they have . I personally think the tornados from speedway are better
Really? Yikes, that’s not good. And the next commenter is right — these are too expensive for the size. Now where’s my Club chalupa?!
How are these any different than taquitos? The price seems way high on these when I can buy a box of 20 at a grocery store for $5.
Exactly my thought. I’ll probably try them once, but I don’t expect much. And why in the hell are they called “rolled tacos”? As if the bulk of the country isn’t ignorant enough, now they’re going to start calling taquitos tacos.
“Jeez, you’re awfully full of hate.”
I just hate stuff. Sorey.
LOL, right? These are literally gas station taquitos. The price is good though and they are probably fresher and have a dipping sauce so they are a decent deal.
Always a fan of a spicy ranch, will likely try at least one time.
“2-pack going for $1.99 and the 4-pack being $3.99”
The obvious thing to do here is buy two of the 2-pack tacos and save a penny!
I hate when they price things like that.
I’ve noticed that at most Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to 5 munchkins are priced at 99 cents, whereas 25 munchkins are priced at $5.25 or more. I once ordered 5 five munchkins, which didn’t seem to go over well at my local DD.
Meh. Give me two twcos for 99 cents from JITB instead.
I also like some of the gas station taquitos, not bad when they are 2 for $1.50 or less.
And I have actually seen “rolled tacos” at “authentic” mexican restaurants, so they are a thing.
In response to whomever, “taquito” is spanish for tiny taco. Ugh…
I thought you were dead?
I love rolled tacos so I gotta try these out. But I think they’re a bit overpriced especially when you can get 2 tacos for 99 cents at Jack in the Box. Maybe they should’ve put a 2 piece on the dollar menu…
I can see how these are different from their taqutios. These look like they are more of a hard shell (fried) vs. soft shell grilled.
I liked their taquitos with the salsa. Was disappointed when they got rid of them.
Looking forward to an honest review of these.
I don’t think they will taste like the taquitos, but close, and with the right dipping sauce might not be that bad.
Pricing, I seem to recall the taquitos were around $2 and you got 2, plus the sauce. So priced the same.
At my Taco Bell today in Michigan, they had Crispy Chicken Crunchwraps, regular wraps and a new Crispy Chicken soft taco. I didn’t see these rolled chicken tacos though. They had flavors like Mango BBQ, Jalapeno Honey, Spicy Ranch and Buffalo.
All this is weird here, though. I was wondering if this was a test market item? It was good, anyways.
I guess I should reserve judgment until I can actually eat these things, but the pricing seems awfully out of whack. They better be bigger than traditional taquitos if they want a buck a piece for them.
I work at taco bell and they let us have a 2 pack for free because they are new and they really aren’t bad. I liked em but I wouldn’t buy em. I agree they are overpriced but nice to have every once in a while.
I really wish they would just switch to regular sour cream, the reduced-fat is always terrible. I don’t think too many people go there for lighter items, pretty pointless.
Get out more dude. Rolled tacos are a California menu item from all the tacos shops. Taco Bell is not treating us like dummies.
