    Nice

I don’t understand why people act like these old consoles have fallen off the face of the earth. Go out and get one if you like it so much. They warm people up quick.

That is either double dragon 2 or 3. Do I get a prize? =P

I can only imagine how sticky and nasty that controller is.

  5. Evan says:

How many times did you have to blow on it? Haha

Haha… great question. I’ve always done the quick 2x blow into the cartridges before I even check to see if they will work on the first go (creature of habit, like a reflex). That said, Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out and Double Dragon 2 both worked on the first try.

This place looks so tight. All of our yogurt places are based around college girls so this would never fly…. sadness

Blowing into the cartidge doesn’t do anything. Nintendo did a bad job with the first gen NES. The 72 conector pin inside the console get damaged very easily, so the cartridge doesn’t end up sitting flush in the console. Moving the cart from side to side while in the slot is the only easy short term fix. This is why most consoles are top loading as it averts this problem.

If only we knew this as kids.

    No PSN either, right? LOL.

I played that game you are playing now to DEATH as a kid. I cannot touch it again!!! I probably could beat it blindfolded.
