Flame Broiled Ground Chuck? I know most people HATE BK, but I’ve always liked the sweet and beefy taste of a Whopper patty, so I’m excited to actually try this.

  3. Evan says:

Didn’t BK already release a “premium” type of burgers with their “steakhouse” line? Nonetheless this looks way better than anything I’ve seen at BK thus far.

  4. Lylat says:

well damn this looks so good haha i really need to give this a try

  5. Gabe says:

will the produce live up to the hype? stay tuned..

I saw this advertised on TV today, and I was surprised how fast it was rolled out. I didn’t think a burger like this would debut on its own, I had thought it would be apart of the inevitable major menu overhaul all at once. Plus, they just rolled out the BK Toppers, so I thought it wouldn’t happen till next year.

  7. COBRA says:

At least it doesnt gmhave stacker goo-sauce on it. COBRA OUT.

  8. RoleModel says:

If this has the same sauce as the BK Deluxe Topper, it will probably be abysmal. That burger has the most foul-tasting sauce ever.

uh, you mean thousand island dressing? bk didn’t invent that, ya know.

anyway, just ate one of these 5 minutes ago. honestly, i thougut it was outstanding. tasted like one cohehsive sandwich, not a bunch of conflicting flavors. really, it was terrific.

btw the saucy is kinda… black pepper meets beefy. surprisingly unique.

It has the same sauce as the Mushroom & Swiss BK Topper. Many reviews online have panned the sauce, but I love it. The M&S is my favorite of the Toppers line.

  9. Chris says:

Problem is most of the BK’s around here slack off. Wouldn’t be the right patty, cheese, bacon, sauce, or even bun probably.

    Particularly buns look good.

  11. CB says:

Just had one for lunch today and it was BY FAR the best burger I have ever had from BK. I would even say it might be better than the Angus’ line from MD’s. The only con was that it was 4.99.

  12. Ben says:

Terrible tasting and expensive. Do not recommend. The burger was kind of chewy, the bun was the same as always, and the worst part of all was the sauce. Extremely salty and tasted like soy sauce. Certainly didn’t want gobs of that stuff on my burger. Didn’t even eat the whole burger, choked down about half only because of how expensive it was to be honest. Very disappointed.

    • Ben says:

After looking at the review, I believe the BK I went to cheated me on the bun because the one I was given was the same old sesame seed bun that is on most of their sandwiches. Bummer…
