XMAS Eve Breakfast: Bagel Melt from BB’s Bagels and Bread
It will be a slow day in the internet world. Christmas Eve and Christmas weekend, surely no one is visiting GrubGrade. So that’s a good excuse to show you what I had for breakfast. A Bagel Melt from BB’s Bagels and Bread in Frederick, Maryland.
For $4.25 you get melted cheddar, onion, tomato, chive cream cheese on your bagel of choice (I went with a toasted “Everything” bagel). Steep price, but I’m still smiling. 🙂 How do you like your bagel?
Whipped Cream Cheese. Smoked Salmon. Red Onion. Cucumber. Black Pepper. Classic
I’m a big fan of BB’s. The bagel chips that come with their sandwiches rock.
Wow, that looks amazing. Some serious bagel porn
there.
Ditto to what Adam said. How places like Panera don’t have
lox is a crime!
I like to keep it simple: Just toast it with some butter,
and I’m one happy camper.
Looks good. We don’t have very many bagel places here in
CA. At least not in Southern California anyway.
John is so right. Bagel porn! ;D I love an everything bagel
with salmon spread, lettuce and onion from Chesapeake Bagel Bakery
[local in VA] Yum. My Mom also used to make me a poppy seed bagel
with butter on one side, grey poupon on the other with roast beef,
swiss cheese, onion and lettuce. I miss that sandwich. [epitome of
comfort food for me]
oops! Sorry – Merry Christmas! Hope you are having a great
day. 🙂
Ohhh that looks good!
I’m an everything bagel lover too. Toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese is my regular order.
One thing that drives me a little nuts is that where I’m living now in the midwest the stores don’t sell Temp Tee. Any east coasters will feel me on this – Temp Tee is amazing.
