What’s Your Favorite Fast Food Burger Joint?

I was taking a look at the Top 15 Fast Food Burger Restaurant list based on 2008 Systemwide Sales and was wondering, taking actual sales out of the equation, what is the public opinion on favorites? Time for a new poll. Poll ends this Tuesday at Midnight… I’m curious to know how it turns out in relation to sales. So what’s your favorite?

Update: Poll is now closed.  Thanks for voting.  Results will be posted Wednesday Aug 26th.

Where”s 5 Guys Burgers and Fries?!

5 Guys wasn’t in the Top 15 in sales last year…This poll is strictly based off of the Top 15 in sales and then choose your favorite from that list. I want to see the public opinion vs sales…I’m sure the top 15 favorites will be very different from sales.

Abstain.. Five Guys beats em all.

I think Hardee’s has the best burger from the list, BUT Five Guys beat them all! I wish they had more stores so everyone would know the joy of Five Guys!

Sigh…Five guys was great until they franchised – now they are out of hand and never as good as they orginally were. [Only my opinion, but we grew up with the original and now I can buy them anywhere and they just don’t measure up. What can I say? I was spoiled by the real thing :)]

Off the list offered since we don’t have In n Out or Whataburger or Shake shack – I picked Wendys b/c I can eat their fries all day long! Yum.

As a transplant from SoCal, In-N-Out has become a special treat for me.

No In-N-Out on the east coast. I hear so many great thingsa bout the place, but have never tried it.

I had to vote for Steak-n-Shake. There aren’t any in my area, but when I’ve traveled out of town, I have always enjoyed their burgers over the normal fast food options.

I hate to do it because I’m a Mid-Westerner, but my one trip to the In-N-Out in Westwood blew my mind.

I vote for Five Guys (and I used to eat at the original one at the corner of Columbia Pike and Glebe Rd. in Arlington, VA).

I’ve only tried 8/15, but of those, my vote goes to Culvers. Their butter burgers are pretty damn good.

  10. DHL says:

    Another vote for Cinco Amigos!

  11. Sort of a tough question to answer because for me there are amazing products across a bunch of those listed. But if I am going to choose one burger on the list, it has to be the Original Steakburger from Steak N Shake.

  12. I’ve tried 14/15, Culver’s is the easy choice! DQ is the worst.

  13. @ Ryan. Whataburger is the only one that I have yet to try. We have 10/15 here in Indy. I lived in Nashville for a year so we had Krystal and JIB. Been to In-N-Out on vacations. Grat idea for a poll Ryan, I can’t wait to see the results.
