Food News: New Double Steak Grande Quesadilla from Taco Bell

To go along with bringing back an old favorite of mine, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Taco Bell now debuts a New! Double Steak Grande Quesadilla.

Loaded with double the marinated steak, a blend of three melted cheeses and fire-roasted salsa all grilled and sealed in a toasted panadero flatbread.

This new Double Steak Quesadilla packs a whopping 900 calories and 47 grams of fat.  Available for a limited time.  I’ll keep a lookout on the price but it will likely vary from place to place.

WANT. 900 calories is pretty crazy, but I’ll probably ignore that to try this quesadilla. The quesadillas are one of the very few things that I really like on the Taco Bell menu.

I’m pretty sure making a Big Bell Box themed around this would be lethal. I’d better go try this before they do that.

  3. I think you guys get paid by tacobell. too many reviews for that chain 😛

To the person above…Um…this is just news not a review. Taco Bell is one of those places that has some new item like every single month. Thanks for the heads up GG.

  5. Jessie says:

Yeah lots of places go months with the same old stuff on their menus…sometimes years. Even though Taco Bell rehashes a lot of stuff at least they try to keep it from getting stagnant. I liked the regular version of this quesadilla…Is there a chicken version?

  6. brad says:

Wow. As usual, just take what you already have, double up on an ingredient or two in there, and BAM, new taco bell item!

  7. I was excited about trying it till I read the nutritional facts…guess I’ll keep eating those fresco-style chicken soft tacos…

    Three cheers for obesity!

@Nicole Rates It… good call. The fresco style chicken soft tacos are my go-to item at Taco Bell. So delicious but so few calories.

  10. Jillian says:

It LOOKS like chicken in the picture. But maybe that’s just my vegetarian brain not being able to decipher the difference between chicken and steak.

$5.13 with tax here for the meal deal. Here is Omaha.

Bad for me but these things are GOOD!

Oh, and they do have a chicken version, which is pictured above.
