Don’t you get two hash browns for $1? My favorite breakfast [fast food] EVER is a sausage mcmuffin, a hash brown and a coca-cola.

I would eat it everyday driving to work. Something about the combo just did it for me.

Hmmmm, I didn’t know it wasn’t already national, we have had it here in Dayton, Ohio for ages

  3. Bunny says:

A plain egg and cheese sandwich would be nice. I’m not a big fan of their sausage and besides the hash browns there aren’t any non-meat options.

I love McDonalds. But this is a lame dollar menu. Hell, who needs a dollar menu when they have great deals every month with their 2 for $2.

  5. dunn says:

just get eggmcmuffin with no ham? thts $1

Why not just call this the “McDonald’s Sausage Lovers Value Menu”?

Bunny, try a McSkillet burrito with no sausage. It’s tasty and no meat. Probably some kind of meat byproduct in the potato seasoning or something, but at least there’s no weird flesh type stuff.

Marginally related, last time I went to McD’s breakfast, they had a special on bacon egg and cheese biscuits, 2 for $3. I ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits, and they rang em up as sausage egg and cheese biscuits, hold the sausage. (did I really just say that?)

I didn’t notice till I got home but it ended up costing me an extra $2 or so. Bastards.

Yes! I love those burritos. I got one of the McSkillets today, not sure which one because I was trying to order the regular sausage, but left before I realized what happened. It was ok, but the regular sausage is tops. Thanks for the wonderful news! I can’t believe that now its over $2 just for one burrito, they’re pretty small. This seems like a fair price.

I have a warm place in my heart for this value menu. I traditionally would order a Sausage McMuffin meal with an extra Sausage Biscuit because of the price ($1), but now I will just order straight Sausage McMuffins with no meal. I can get three (not that I would!) for the price of a meal, and I can drink water instead. Happy day indeed.

I went to McD’s to get hashbrowns and they charge $1 for each one. i haven’t seen them for $1 for 2.
