Taco Bell Testing $1 Grande Burritos

Thanks to GrubGrade reader Josh for sending over a menu board pic of new $1 Grande Burritos from Taco Bell.  These were spotted in the test market hotbed of Toledo, Ohio.  There’s the Three Cheese Nacho Grande Burrito with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, red strips, a three-cheese blend and reduced-fat sour cream in a flour tortilla and a Chicken Enchilada Grande Burrito that features seasoned rice, shredded chicken, red sauce, cheddar cheese, and reduced-fat sour cream in a warm flour tortilla. If you’ve spotted these in your area, let us know in the comments.

I hope these are better than their rice filled triple melt burritos.

    Screaming deal!

Ya know, don’t call this a grande burrito unless it is. These $1 burritos have been so empty lately. A tiny scoop of filling inside a far-too-big tortilla. Just charge $2.00 and actually put something IN IT, Taco Bell.

Isn’t that basically a nacho griller but with sour cream? I too am getting tired of taco bell’s super cheap promo stuff that’s exactly the same as their last super cheap promo item. You know what we need? A good sized, regular burrito like the grilled stuft one before they made it xl, changed the price to $5 and ruined it. Just make me a solid burrito with rice, beans, meat and cheese for $2-3 and call it a day. For now I’ll just keep adding rice to the beefy 5 layer.
