Quesalupa from Taco Bell Testing in Ohio

Last week we posted the video of Conan O’Brien trying the Quesalupa from Taco Bell in their Irvine, California test kitchen.  GrubGrade reader Josh just passed along the image below… the Quesalupa is testing in Toledeo, Ohio.  Priced at $2.99 with seasoned ground beef (chicken or steak also available), this cheesy Chalupa is “Stuffed with melted Pepper Jack cheese”.  We’ll pass along more details about the new Quesalupa as they become available.

So the chalupa shell itself is stuffed with cheese? That’s gonna create a total mess in the fryer when one leaks. p.s. omgggggg

I went to a Fairfield, OH location two days ago for the Double Steak Stack, found this there and ordered it instead. No complaints!

I live an hour away from Toledo and have ventured there before to try the Cool Ranch and Fiery DLT a year before they went nationwide. I didn’t regret it.

I will have to do the same for this! I love Taco Bell’s new things and hopefully this will also be a winner. Looks delicious!
