They also were selling “Donut holes” this morning in the Chicago area.
They were really stretching the definition of “donut” as well as “hole” as far as I could tell. It reminded me of a mini collection of glazed Hawaiian sweet bread rather than donut holes. The donut holes were all connected rather than being individual units and it had a very bready texture to it. Not terrible, but not very good either.
“…soon to be followed by Starbucks burgers.”
I’m guessing these are the fake powdered kind that they sell at gas stations and 7-11?
BK has like five slides full of new items on their website. I see they’re subscribing to the whole “let’s throw crap at the walls and see what sticks” philosophy, crap being the operative word.
Just had the mocha latte and it was excellent. I am enjoying these drink wars, lots of cheap drinks.
