Add a $1 fish mcbite and a bogo grilled cod coupon at Hardees and it’s looking like a seafood fest day for around $4
Got mine today. I was sad to see the sample size looked very small, but there were 4 jumbo shrimp in there, and each shrimp took 3 bites each. BIG shrimp, very surprised, in a sweet chili type sauce. Delicious! Panda Express gets a big thumbs up in my book because you can get your meal with steamed veggies and a (relatively) small amount of fried meat. When you go to the American-ish Chinese places you end up with so much meat you overeat.
It’s just a hunch but there’s no way Robert is not a Panda Express employee. As a detective with a slight drinking problem there’s no reason not to trust my hunches.
I agree with employee Robert. The shrimp was impressively large. I also got 4 in my order but hardly anything else — just a few pieces of red pepper and two snow pea pods. I guess I shouldn’t complain since the shrimp is the star (and it was free!). Taste was good but it wouldn’t replace the orange chicken (aka crack) for me, especially considering the shrimp upcharge.
Two of the four shrimp in mine still had their veins, which was annoying. Also, it was really, really greasy. I’ve only really eaten at Panda Express during these free promotions, because I always hope that their food will be less greasy. It never is. “Gourmet Chinese”? Wow. My mouth still feels greasy a day later. I had a bowel movement this morning and it had actual force behind it. Probably due to the entirety of my intestinal tract being forever coated in a layer of Panda Express grease.
Robert is telling the truth! Employee or not, the shrimp was great. I liked the flavor, shrimps were huge, best of all not a lot of breading… Sweet and spicy, but not too spicy. That’s good for most, Id prefer a little more heat myself. Thumbs up from *not* a PE employee
