Dishes we’re making today include:
Stuffing with sausage and gravy, from-scratch Creamy & Tangy Mac n’ Cheese, Frenches Green Bean Casserole, Chinese Sesame Chicken, and BBQ Shrimp and Pineapple Quesadillas. No turkey this year.
@ Kristopher … That all sounds good. Pineapple Quesadillas? Never heard of that but I’m intrigued.
My favorite turkey day dish is the stuffing.

I just got done eating turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes (all covered in gravy), green beans (frozen from our summer garden, slow cooked with ham hock), brussel sprouts (browned in bacon grease with onion, garlic, and thyme), sweet potato soufflé, and croissants. How in the world am I supposed to pick a favorite from THAT?!
