Ben & Jerry’s has just introduced a new creation, the Flipped Out! Sundae. As if eating ice cream wasn’t tough enough, now you’ve got to watch a video on how to do it properly (that’s some funky jazz music in the intro). I must admit it does look “oh so luscious.”

They come in 2-packs and in the following flavors: Vanilla Fudge Brownie, Peanut Butter Chocolate and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I haven’t seen these in my local market yet but I’m sure they’ll pop up shortly…that’s what I get for not being near headquarters in Vermont (that’s 2 points…B&Js and maple syrup).

They’re sending a truck around to a few different cities and it looks like they’ll actually be headed my way on July 18th (they are in New York this weekend).

This is genius. I’m surprised no one has done this before…maybe they’ve done something similar but not executed this well. Lids off to Ben & Jerry’s! What’s your favorite flavor from them?

I think I like ice cream just a little too much. I saw an add for this last month in a magazine, and knew right away what to do with it. No directions needed. The only thing I lacked, was the product itself.

I have yet to spot any down my way either, but I’ve been steering clear of the ice cream freezer lately, so that might be why.

  3. Chunky Monkey all the way. The brownie one sounds good.

  4. @ColinKSU – I know, isn’t that cool. You just let it sit for a minute and it magically turns into a sundae :)

@Raiders757 – You can’t like ice crea, too much sir :)

@wouldibuyitagain – Seriously! Can’t wait to try it.
