I tried the angus bacon burger and the angus mushrooms and swiss burger. Neither was particularly dry, but I wanted some lettuce and tomato on my burgers and my wife got me the two that come without these condiments. I guess I should have been more explicit with her. The two Angus burgers that I ate made me feel that I was being a calorie hog and I couldn’t enjoy them much because I felt that every bite I took I was consuming over 200 calories. My wife now fully understands now that I want lettuce, onion, and tomato with light mustard on my classic Angus burger in the future. That is my idea of a fine burger !!! Thanks McDonald’s !!!!

I wish they sold a double quarter pounder with cheese.lettuce, mayo,tomatoes and onion.It would destroy Burger King.

@ Nick T : I feel the same way about the KFC grilled chicken. Apparently, they just rolled the stuff out nationwide. But it’s been at my local KFC for months. Yet I still haven’t tried it, lol.

I only go to Mcdonald’s for a cheap meal, so I doubt I’ll ever try one. When I want a burger like that, I fire up the grill.

I remember the ‘Big N’ Tasty’. It quickly became known as the ‘Big N’ Nasty’ in my area. I think it was part of their “adult oriented” menu that failed so badly.

I had the mushroom and swiss one over a year ago. I live in SoCal and didn’t realize it was just a test market. I thought it was pretty good, like a Carl’s Jr $6 burger or whatever they call it. Fortunately, my dad had buy 1 get 1 free coupons.
